Handnpixel is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All products are handmade jewelry/accessories sold by Handnpixel. We try to display products accurately, but colors or appearance may differ depending on your device. We do not guarantee that the appearance of products will meet your expectations.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed by Handnpixel. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
All purchases are for personal use only, not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices reflect Kleinunternehmer status and are exclusive of VAT.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. Payment must be received before the order is processed.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping delays or carrier issues. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is transferred to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, images, graphics, designs, and content are the property of Handnpixel and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may only use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, contact us via email: handnpixel [at] gmail [dot] com . Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
SECTION 8 – LIABILITY
Handnpixel is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not:

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION

These Terms are governed by German law. The exclusive venue for disputes is Berlin, Germany.
