Hand-Folded Origami Earrings
Printed sheets are folded by hand into lightweight origami earrings that celebrate art and nature.
The Story
What started as an interest in color, texture, and paper folding gradually became a way to create small, expressive pieces of jewelry. Each design begins on a printed A4 sheet — inspired by classic artworks, seasonal tones, or experimental AI visuals — and is transformed into a delicate origami leaf through careful hand-folding.
The goal is simple: to bring art into everyday life by turning paper into something light, expressive, and wearable.
The Making Process
Each pair is folded by hand from printed paper. After folding, the pieces are sealed with Mod Podge and finished with a glossy varnish to enhance the colors, protect the surface, and provide light water resistance. Standard metal findings are used to assemble the earrings, and every pair is inspected for balance, finish, and shape.
Every fold tells a story — small variations make each pair unique. As Gaudí said, "there are no straight lines or sharp corners in nature," and the naturally occurring variations that can arise reflect the organic rhythm and flow of nature.
Values & Care
This practice values creativity, slow making, and transparency. Because the earrings are made from paper, handle them gently. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and store them away from moisture when possible.
