Refund policy

We want you to love your new earrings! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

• Please make sure the earrings are still in their original packaging and have not been opened, for hygiene reasons.
• To start a return, just send us a message with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund.
