Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A shipping confirmation will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Costs
- Germany (Hermes): 2–5 business days — €3.00 for orders under €39, free for orders €39 and above
- European Union: 5–10 business days — €5.00 for orders under €39, free for orders €39 and above

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact handnpixel [at] gmail [dot] com immediately. Providing photos of damaged items helps resolve issues faster.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders within Europe are generally not subject to customs fees.
