All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time & Costs
- Germany: 2–4 business days — 3,90 Euro
- United Kingdom (UK): 3–7 business days — 3,90 Euro
- North America (USA & Canada): 7–14 business days — 4,50 Usd

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be automatically provided via email as soon as your package is handed over to Deutsche Post / DHL, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Lost or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@handnpixel.com. Providing photos of the damaged packaging and jewelry will help us resolve the issue swiftly for you.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders within Germany and Austria are not subject to customs fees. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT for orders shipping outside this zone (such as the USA, Canada or UK) are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
